Currently employed at the Sirocco Golf Club as the Director of Golf. Previous to working at Sirocco Steve was employed at the Turner Valley Golf Club for 13 years as the Head Professional / Clubhouse Manager. He apprenticed at Canyon Meadows Golf & Country Club, McCall Lake, and Redwood Meadows; all located in the Calgary area.

Volunteer efforts within the PGA of Alberta includes current role as Past President which will terminate in March 2011. Previous volunteer experience includes being the Chair or committee member of the following committees; education, seminar, tournaments, Alberta Open, promotions, human resources, discipline, long range planning, and awards committee. Steve has been a PGA board member since 2002. He was nominated for Golf Professional of the Year in 2007 and 2008. In 2008 we was the recipient of the Golf Professional of the Year award. The highlight of his volunteer experience was being Chairman of Promotions Committee for 2006 Telus Skins Game in Banff featuring Jack Nicklaus, Greg Norman, Stephen Ames, John Daly, and Sergio Garcia.
