If you wish to withdraw from an event, please print and fax the tournament withdrawal form.
Please be advised that players withdrawing from an event less than 2 weeks prior to the event date will be subject to a $25 withdrawal fee, except in extenuating circumstances.
Players who withdraw from an event after the Thursday prior to the event day will still be subject to the loss of their entire entry fee, except in extentuating circumstances, eg. a death in the family.
