Players are expected to play their matches at a neutral site unless otherwise agreed upon by the participants. All matches must be completed by the deadlines for each round as indicated below. Players will be provided with a grace period of 3 days only between rounds, in order to accommodate matches that need to be played in extenuating circumstances. In the case that a match is not completed prior to the commencement of the next round, both players will forfeit the match. Deadlines for the matches are as follows:
April 25 Entry Deadline, Maximum Field 64 North and 64 South
April 30 Draw Posted June 12 Round 1 ends
June 16 Round 2 begins July 3 Round 2 ends
July 7 Round 3 begins July 24 Round 3 ends
July 28 Round 4 begins August 14 Round 4 ends
August 18 Round 5 begins September 4 Round 5 ends
September 8 Round 6 begins September 15 Round 6 ends
September 18 Final: Red Deer G&CC (10:30am)
The consolation bracket will follow the same deadlines as the main bracket (1st round completed by July 3) up to the final in Red Deer. The top 16 players in the main bracket and the top four on the consolation side will make cheques.
