Players are expected to play their matches at a neutral site unless otherwise agreed upon. All matches must be completed by the deadlines for each round as indicated below. Players will be provided with a grace period of 3 days only between rounds, in order to accommodate matches that need to be played in extenuating circumstances. In the case that a match is not completed prior to the commencement of the next round, both players will forfeit the match.
Deadlines for the matches are as follows:

The consolation bracket will begin on June 13th and will follow the same deadlines as the main bracket (1st round completed by July 1) up to the final in Red Deer. The top 16 players in the main bracket and the top four on the consolation side will make cheques.
