I grew up in Bowmanville, Ontario and started playing golf at age 12. My journey in the industry began when I worked Golf Services at Canada’s #1 Golf Resort, the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge Golf Club, in 2017. I fell in love with the business and the surrounding area immediately, which pushed me to return to Jasper for the 2018 season. Following my second year at JPL, I graduated university and had the pleasure of working a season at another one of my favourite places in the world, Kananaskis Country Golf Course, as a Retail Associate/Groups Coordinator.
In the off-season winter of 2019, I had the unbelievable opportunity to travel and work in Australia at Bonville Resort - voted Australia’s Leading Golf Resort - where I was able to learn about the differences in golf overseas and appreciate living down under. I then came home for the 2020 golf season in Canada at Silvertip Resort. I am now on my third season as the Assistant Professional at Silvertip, and continue to enjoy this experience in the Rocky Mountains of Canmore.
