Unlike most golf pros I didn’t grow up playing junior golf. I grew up playing competitive basketball and only golfed a few times each summer with my dad. Thanks to my old friend Don McFarlane, it wasn’t until I was 18 years old and working at the Red Deer Golf and Country Club, that I decided to take golf seriously.
I joined the MacEwan University golf team at 19 years old and played with the team until I graduated in 2018 with a diploma in Business Management. I’m extremely happy that I stumbled upon the golf industry and was able to turn this passion into a career.
Outside of golf I like to spend my time playing basketball, snowbaording, and spending time with friends and family.
