The 2021 Spring Seminar will be held February 22nd & 23rd as a digital education Conference via the Whova App/Platform - which allows video integration with a variety of video hosting platforms, sharing of agendas with attendees for presentations, sharing of any presentation related documents the Speakers provide. The Education Committee has diligently been working through the survey results from last year’s seminar, proposals received from various speakers on relevant industry topics and are excited for this year’s line-up. Please note that we are offering Early Bird pricing to all our Members now so take advantage while you can! Mark these dates in your calendar now, we hope you plan on attending this annual kick-off to the golf season in an albeit different but still exciting capacity this year!

As the Conference will be an online venture this year, there will be a few ground rules put into place to ensure that the event runs as smoothly as possible and in the manner it was intended. Firstly, a registration applies singularly to one individual and may not be used for multiple persons or facilities. Secondly, a standard feature at digital Conferences is the requirement that individuals have their camera turned on.  This second rule has a two-fold benefit; it helps address the issue of multiple persons using one registration to view the Show and secondly, it helps with the overall atmosphere and level of engagement seen at the Show which benefits all parties involved, attendees & speakers. A communication regarding expected etiquette and conduct will be circulated amongst attendees closer to the date of the Show. 

*Please note that as discussions with certain Speakers are ongoing in terms of time slots and date preferences, the Speakers are confirmed, have been included in the Info Package but may not be on the Show Schedule yet as discussions are ongoing. As soon as these decisions are made the Show schedule will be updated accordingly.  

**Withdrawal policy:
Withdraw before the 2 week deadline of February 8th to get a full refund and any withdrawal after will incur a 25$ penalty.**
