In conjunction with the Buying Show, Tracy Moffatt of The Association of Golf Merchandisers will help you

focus on DOING BUSINESS BETTER IN 2012. In this 4 hour workshop you will reflect on the 2011

season and look forward to 2012. Topics of focus will be: Corporate Business, Growing Business through

Dollar per Round, Improving Profit through Driving Turnover and Planning Appropriate Inventory Levels and

Analyzing Business through POS Reports.

The session will conclude with A LOOK FORWARD: RETAIL ROUNDTABLE
