Q. What significant accomplishments are you most proud of?
The D’Arcy Ranch BackShop Team! Specifically watching them grow up from kids into adults, and as I grow from a good worker into a good boss. Doing the hiring going into my second year with the team, most of my team whether new or returning told me directly that they wanted to come work for me specifically. That is a new thing for me to be able to be a true leader.
