The boys of Blackhawk went out with a bang. Kevin Chow and Jacques Plouffe won the year’s PGA of Alberta team match play competition with a win at the Red Deer Golf and Country Club over Calgary’s National Golf Academy team of Dan Cameron and Terry Carter.
