Tournament Schedule Update – First Two Events in June Cancelled

After much discussion with the host venues, the following tournaments have unfortunately been cancelled this season due to several reasons relating to COVID-19. The tournaments being cancelled will not be rescheduled to a later date this year. The following have officially been cancelled:
- GSH Series (1-day) / Seniors’ Division @ Willow Park G&CC on June 1st
- Pro-Lady South @ Stewart Creek G&CC on June 9th
The Association will look to schedule both venues for the 2021 season. We are continuing to review tournaments from June 15th and forward to ensure we are making informed and responsible decisions for everyone involved as it pertains to COVID-19. More information will be released to the membership at the end of May. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
Please note the important updates below:
Withdrawal/Refunds - You will automatically be withdrawn from the tournaments mentioned above if you were registered. If you paid for one of the tournaments, your entry fee has already been refunded.
Payment Processing Date - The payment processing date for tournaments has been delayed to June 10th. The office will not process any payments until that point pending we have an official start date.
Registration - Members are still able to register for future tournaments online. In the event a tournament gets postponed/cancelled, your registration will either transfer to the new date if postponed or you will be refunded if cancelled. Click here for the Tournament Eligibility Form.
