Tournament of Champions Update
After review and discussion with the host venue, the Sunice/Bobby Jones Tournament of Champions at Willow Park G&CC has been rescheduled to August 12^th. With the event now being hosted in August, we are looking forward to running the tournament with less restrictions so members and their respective Club Champions can have a more enjoyable experience overall at Willow Park G&CC. The first tee time will remain at 8am. The Association will continue to monitor government restrictions moving forward to see if any changes to the starting format will be permitted for events later in the season.

If you are registered for this event, your registration has automatically transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, please withdraw online before July 15^th @ 4pm (28-days prior) to prevent being charged and to receive a full refund (if already paid).

GSH Series/Seniors’ Division Event at Belvedere G&CC Update
The office is currently working with Belvedere G&CC to find a new date for the GSH Series and Seniors’ Division event. The new date will be confirmed shortly and communicated to the membership as soon as possible.

If you are registered for either of these events, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you will be able to withdraw and receive a full refund (if already paid).

Please remember the following important updates regarding tournament payments moving forward:

Payment for Events from June 14^th to June 28^th (Excluding the Team Match Play Championship)

• Payment for the following events between June 14^th to June 28^th will be processed on Tuesday, June 8^th at 4pm (this excludes the Team Match Play Championship as the draw is already set). Please withdraw before this point to avoid any withdrawal penalties. These events include;
  • GSH Series @ Sundre GC on June 14
  • GSH Series @ Highwood G&CC on June 21 & 22
  • Pro-Pro Scramble @ Edmonton Petroleum G&CC on June 28
• If we are not permitted to host the events above due to Government restrictions, all players will receive a full refund.

Payment for Events from July 5^th Forward

• Payment for the following events from July 5^th forward will be processed on Tuesday, June 15^th at 4pm. Please withdraw before this point to avoid any withdrawal penalties.
  • Assistants’ Championship @ Sirocco GC on July 5 & 6
  • GSH Series @ Links at Spruce Grove on July 12
  • Pro-Lady South @ Stewart Creek G&CC on July 13
• The payment processing date for events moving forward beyond those listed above will return to the normal 28-days in advance policy. CLICK HERE to refresh yourself on our withdrawal policy.
• If we are not permitted to host the events above due to Government restrictions, all players will receive a full refund.

How to Withdraw from an Event Online

1. Login to the website
2. Go to "My Registrations" under "My Account" or "Manage Account"
3. Click "Manage" beside the event you would like to withdraw from
4. Click withdraw on page and follow steps
