The Short Game Showdown at the PGA of Alberta Golf, Pickleball & Lifestyle Show is your chance to take part in a series of fun and competitive short-game challenges right on the show floor. From accuracy to finesse, this area celebrates the artistry and control that make golf so rewarding — and it’s open to golfers of all skill levels.
Contest tickets can be purchased at the PGA of Alberta Booth on the show floor — $5 for 1 or $20 for 5 — with all proceeds supporting Kids Cancer Care, our official charity partner.

Precision is everything in this fan-favourite challenge. Step up, pick your line, and see how close you can land it. Whether you’re chasing the perfect shot or just looking to test your accuracy, this competition is all about control under pressure.
Compete in Men’s, Ladies’, and Juniors divisions, with division winners earning top honours and bragging rights at the SHOW.

Everyone who participates in the Putting Challenge will also be entered into a separate daily draw to win a PXG putter, with one winner selected on Saturday and one winner selected on Sunday.
