Belbin gets a little goofy

Mike Belbin of the Royal Mayfair GC lowered his first-round score by 15 shots last week at Cardiff when he shot a course-record 63 in the final round, but it wasn't enough to beat Jeff Cuthbertson of the Cougar Creek GR, who claimed the final regular stop on the 2011 PGA of Alberta Players' Tour.
