Born and raised in Chatham-Kent, Ontario, Brett Fujii has built his golf career around a genuine passion for the game and helping others improve. His journey in golf began early, working in various roles across golf operations, food and beverage, and pro shop management before fully committing to becoming a PGA of Canada Professional in 2018.
Although Brett has been involved in the golf industry since the age of 14, his professional path first led him into education, where he spent several years supporting individuals with special needs—specifically children with autism. This experience helped him develop the patience, empathy, and communication skills that now define his approach to golf instruction.
From 2017 to 2025, Brett was part of the professional team at Windermere Golf & Country Club, where he gained valuable experience in member relations, tournament operations, and player development. Early in his career, he also supported the Derek Baker Junior Golf Academy, helping introduce the game to countless young players and fostering a strong foundation in junior golf instruction.
Today, Brett serves as the Director of Golf at The Golf Factory, where he leads player development programs, manages daily operations, and continues to share his expertise as a teaching professional. Recognized as a PGA of Alberta Top 100 Professional (2024) and an Operation 36 Certified Instructor, Brett is known for his clear communication, patient demeanor, and ability to connect with golfers of all skill levels.
