2. Identify Leadership strengths
3. Provide the tools to align your values and goals with your organization's Vision, Mission and Values
4. Build a cohesive productive team environment
5. Introduce planning and follow-up techniques that increase profits
6. Create an effective action plan that will maximize productivity and performance
7 Keys to Inspired Supervision provides a system to develop and support your leadership team to improve employee and customer retention and satisfaction, ultimately improving the bottom line to increase profits.
Most of us can pick out problems with others but we don't recognize our own shortcomings. 7 Keys to Inspired Supervision requires leaders to look in the mirror, straighten their own path, and then go forward. It's about introducing you to you.
This interactive workshop, which will utilize the Simplified DISC Behavioural Assessment in conjunction with learning material, group and individual exercises, will have you walking away with leadership and communication tools you can implement immediately.
