Batsel shot a blistering 1-under 70 in the tough windy conditions. Tyler Komick (Ranch G&CC) sits alone in second at even par. BATSEL HELD ON DOWN THE STRETCH
Dillon Batsel (Connaught GC) held on down the stretch to win the Golf Supply House Professional Series Event hosted by Blackhawk GC. Batsel shot a two day total 4-under 138 to win by four shots over Albert Pistorius (Pinebrook G&CC). Pistorius made a charge on day two shooting a 6-under 65. David MacComb (Blackhawk GC) shot 2-under on day two to finish third at 144. Click here for all the results.

PLAYOFF IN EDMONTON
Craig Gibson (Sirocco GC) continued with his great season with a 4-under 68 but needed one extra hole to capture the last Players' Tour event of the season hosted by Glendale G&CC and sponsored by Jancor Agencies. Mike Belbin (Royal Mayfair GC) found his name back at the top of the leader board finishing second. Scott Stiles (Inglewood G&CC) and David MacComb (Blackhawk GC) tied for third with 3-under 69’s. Scholarship Deadline is Approaching!
There is still time to complete an application for the PGA of Alberta Junior Scholarships! Two of four $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to children of PGA of Alberta Members (no golf experience needed) and the other two will be awarded to selected Alberta Juniors, 18 years or younger, who meet the specific criteria.
