PROfile

I started my career as a cart-washer at the Coyote Creek Golf and R.V. Resort in Sundre Alberta at the age of 12. I worked there for nearly ten years before moving to Australia for 6 months to work on my game. Once I moved back to Sundre the following summer I took some time away from golf and got myself a job at the West Fraser lumber mill for two and a half years. These were some of the best years of my life; I worked long hours, it was a physical job, and it taught me how much people respect hard and honest work. I then decided to make something of myself and enrolled in the BA of Urban Studies program at the University of Calgary. The following summer I applied to the Inglewood Golf & Curling Club and fell in love with both the staff and the members. I turned professional the following year and I now have the best job in the world.
