Assistant/Associate Golf Professional
Fort McMurray Golf Club is seeking the services of an Assistant/Associate Golf Professional for the 2021 golf season. A 27 hole golf course, completion of a new clubhouse rebuild, and a facility that sits in the Athabasca River Valley, Fort McMurray Golf Club is quickly becoming one of the premier facilities in Alberta.
The Mandate of the Fort McMurray Golf Club is to enhance the lives of the residents of community through providing a family-friendly, multi-functional, full service facility for use in a wide range of events, meetings, entertainment and recreational activities throughout all seasons that is accessible to everyone in the community we serve. We are known as the “Home away from Home” of our guests.
The Fort McMurray Golf Club services a trading area of well over 80 000 people and sees over 30 000 golfers annually. The golf club is a Not for Profit organization and is a significant contributor to the quality of life, as well as the social and economic impact for the community. The Golf Club is the most northern located club in Canada to host a PGA Tour Canada event and will play host to the 2021 Canadian Mid-Am.
